This widget works with iFramed IDX solution provided by flexmls.com. If you are a real estate agent using FlexMLS IDX and would like to have a small search widget that links to your IDX – this script is for you.

Installation Instructions

1. Download the script file, unzip it and upload it into your server.
2. Load the JavaScript file in the header or footer of your HTML page like this (make sure to substitute “YOUR URL” placeholder with the correct one) :

   </script>

3. Open the JS file for editing and enter the base url of your flexMLS IDX under “REQUIRED SETTINGS”. Save the changes.
4. Insert empty DIV tag with ID “flexidx-quicksearch” within the body of your page where the widget should appear, like this:

5. Enjoy the widget and make lots of money!

The widget’s default settings are set to work with ARMLS (Arizona Regional MLS). Optional settings are available and can be adjusted to work with any other area. Note: optional settings should be used by advanced users that understand scripting syntax.

Disclaimer: This is a JavaScript (JS) widget that can be embedded on any website that allows embedding custom JS code. Which means, you can use it with any blogging or CMS software like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla etc., as well as custom sites or even template based websites like Advanced Access, Homes.com, Superlative an many others.
